Refund policy

We want you to be as happy having your piece as we are sending it to you. If within 7 days of receiving your purchase, you discover any defect or damage or even just change your mind, we will refund what you paid less the cost of getting it back to us.

In the case of faulty or damaged stock, we will replace the piece or offer a full refund or store credit. This policy does not apply to “one-offs” by individual artisan and clearance items for obvious reasons. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can best determine how to resolve the issues. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on 437 344 5944.
